Yeasterday was day 7/21 of 21 Day exercise challenge!! I did over 10,000 steps; burned over 800 cals exercising (my body bugg told me so!); ate sensibly; lost 0.3 lbs this AM!
164.5 lb Lost so far: 45.1 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
