I've been gone for 2 yrs, back again to get back on the horse! Feeling great already. There's a special person in my life now. I'm losing weight & getting back in shape for ME.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 169.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
