昨日から増量開始。
期間はとりあえず1月末までとして80㌔を目標に早く増やしすぎないように調整しながら、食事を楽しみ、筋トレを楽しみたい。
159.6 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
