Well, my exercise video has definitely excelled my stamina-but why weight went up just slightly. I know it's just muscle weight, but I'm slightly disapointed in the .06 increase. I know I shouldn't be upset because everyday is a new day and every week is a new chance to start. This week I will do a lot better eating, just bought measuring cups and spoons so that I won't be "eyeballing" things anymore. I will do better this week and I guess I just have to focus on the positive aspect of my strength increase-which is really amazing. At my meeting today I told everyone how I could never do a push up and then after 1 week on my exercise program I could do 10, and people were really really proud of me. I need to not feel down about the weigh in!
