Because of daily stress and careless, mindless, bad eating habits returning... so did the lbs. No arguing its muscle not fat... because no car has equaled no workout routine at the gym for a few weeks either.. sigh. Ill commit to working harder on the things i can control, and try to keep a positive attitude towards my goals.
