I am fine with my weight fluctuating, and I have eased off the calorie counting these last few weeks. I think I've gotten the hang of portions and calorie counts in foods and I just want to enjoy my life. I'm training for a half marathon, so I'm not worried about gaining fat. If anything, I've gained muscles!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
