Up 0.4 lbs! MUSCLE! Shoulda eaten more yesterday! I feel lighter! Did swing dance last nite and earlier did about 50 min of Cardio! Walked 8600 steps yesterday! Building muscle! Feeling great! I'm going to a groovy restaurant called Greenz today for lunch in ... Bought discount coupons on Groupon!
166.4 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
