I weighed 185 at the beginning of August. As of the 22 I am 10 lbs down. I have tried a three day fast and lost 6 of it. Maintaining that now for two weeks. I have never had a weight problem until my accident. I have always been strong and never over a size 9 1/2 - 10 it will feel good to get back to my normal weight. It is taking its tole.
I am encouraged.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
