Ketones are high. I have been awake for 20 hours. I am not even tired. I wonder if there is a correlation. Traveling tomorrow for a few days to visit with two of our four grandsons and for a Dr. appointment. The shoulder implant has been aggravating, I hope that I can get some relief. Hoping to get some good swimming in at the hotel. Best therapy ever!
