Bad week. Lots of stress at work. I did some comfort eating and it was not a healthy thing. I am eating the right food but too much. A can of nuts is NOT ok. A jar of marinated artichoke hearts has way too many calories. Some times I feel out of control.BUT NOT any cookies, candy's, cakes or other simple carbs. Just too much food!
