I haven’t been drinking enough water and I’ve been having dessert every day since my last weigh in. I was so excited to see the numbers on the scale go down I think I overdid it. Back on the wagon today!
258.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
