Adjustment from yesterday's drop. Start to like this more easy-going way of weight management.
Deep Sleep was good, and this morning I suddenly know where that cyclists Cafe is. My mind assembled memories in my sleep. Feel excited about that, and look forward to have coffee there. Cyclists here are very outgoing and full of smiles. 90% at least... only some few are super focused on performance.
