40 lbs since June 3rd, 2019
I hit my goal weight yesterday and celebrated a bit Added a new goal with of 205 lbs.
Tighten the belt and here we go!
221.6 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
