followed atkins to thr tee, did not go over and no diet cokes today, had 1 glass of tea and tons of water, washed car and did lawn. Had a good day.re
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
