Bummer! No change for the second day in a row. Super disappointed. I know I haven't been PERFECT as far as following Medifast, but I haven't done poorly either. I don't understand what causes this lack of progress. I'm a tiny bit happy that at least its not a gain, but I was hoping at least for a microscopic loss. Any loss being better than no loss. I guess no loss is much better than a gain.

I did read somewhere on the Medifast support website that one of the longterm users said that a stagnant scale is "money in the bank" meaning that it would either come off later, or that when the scale doesn't move the inches come off.

At risk of sharing TMI, I think it may be relevant that for days I've been super bloated and relatively gassy. But I wasn't under the impression that excessive air could cause a change on the scale. I think I really need to buy one of those special scales that measures water weight and body fat. I think that might really help me get over the weight issue. If anyone reads this and knows a place where I could go get one of those today, let me know! I'd like to just get to the store and buy one, its that whole instant gratification thing. I guess I could order online too.
