another beautiful day here.snow is gone.makes me long for spring.ok about the scale.i know i over did it at dinner.i see and feel a difference in my body so i am not concerned about the number.i did get a chance to workout yesterday but the rest of the day was useless.except for walking around house to soothe grandson.his parents went exploring.my son is a history buff and has a passion for finding historical markers.he found 40 new signs yesterday. i can see i am going to have to watch myself at dinner.i knew i was in trouble when i used a big plate.dont feel hungry this morning which is unusual. Hayden is gone to other grandmas for the weekend.so i have no excuse to sit on the couch. so plan for today.small plate for breakfast,exercise,small bowl of salad for lunch,good snack,SMALL PLATE for dinner.oh and DONT go back for 2nds. Happy Saturday.
