Hey everyone, hope you're all well! So, stressful times hit & I gained weight 😥 Didnt go over calories, but I think it was the quality of food. Basically it sucks. I'm having enough trouble only eating so much & drinking water 95% of the time. How do I really start eating healthier? I can't use some diets due to allergies & health conditions. But I'm just plain picky mostly. One day I'll figure it out, but it definitely won't be today! Hope to have a better weigh in next time!
