Hey everyone, hope you're all well! So, stressful times hit & I gained weight 😥 Didnt go over calories, but I think it was the quality of food. Basically it sucks. I'm having enough trouble only eating so much & drinking water 95% of the time. How do I really start eating healthier? I can't use some diets due to allergies & health conditions. But I'm just plain picky mostly. One day I'll figure it out, but it definitely won't be today! Hope to have a better weigh in next time!
286.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 106.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would start by finding out your BMR and then tracking everything you eat here on Fatsecret. Subtract 500 calories per day from your BMR to lose 1 pound a week. It's not the quality, but the quantity of calories that determines if you gain or lose weight. It just so happens that more nutritious foods tend to be lower calorie so you can eat more.
