a bit better than yesterday but i think my food intake yesterday was a bit OTT, as i didn't record as i ate and now i can't remember all the things i ate.
today all i am taking to work is my lunch of mushroom soup and fruit to snack on :)
I have also reached my 10% goal as well, which i am so chuffed about. I am 2 steps closer towards my goal :) only another 18 to go lol
