Cracked the barrier, just. :-P
Down from 73.2 a week ago. Currently getting away with a diet of Ritalin, coffee, and one meal a day, usually dinner, but today I did have late afternoon lunch instead. I’m mindful that Di sees me eat. Roll on the 60s.
154.1 lb Lost so far: 63.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
