I have no clue how that happened. I had a spectacularly bad food couple of days, it was a very intense workout for my brain, but I don't deserve a loss this week. I can't believe I put weight on last time when I had been really good and lost when I hadn't. That doesn't mean I'm going to eat badly a lot, I know that would get me back to where I started. I think this weigh in is a bit of a relief, I was dreading what the scales were going to say.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done if your body is getting small but often meals then you loose more weight as it doesn’t go into storing fat to use later. x

You are doing well. One has to be realistic that when you have a work do or a friend do one will have a bit more than eating at home. I think that’s alright.
