It's crazy I was slacking on logging my food, not the reason for the gain I still ate according to my calories, life just gets hectic sometimes. What was funny is I felt guilty not logging my food! Lol.. I guess it's become a habit, a good one of course. Things have calmed and I've been logging all week.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
