Try some healthy fats, woolworths peanut butter (no sugar), avocado, raw cashew or almond nuts, full cream cottage cheese, double cream yogurt.
Pitted dates also a winner to increase calories.

Okay will gget pitted dates and nuts.. Avo for some reason makes me acidy so i cut that but will get peanut butter also
