Ok. So last week, I ate a meal with cheese. Not uncommon for me at all. I also ate three WW ice cream bars in a week. Well I started to get a bad stomach ache. It lasted about 3-4 days. It finally went away a few days ago. Last night for dinner I ate another meal with a little provolone cheese and I also ate a WW ice cream bar. Same stomach ache. I know with all the fiber, I am in the bathroom a lot more and my stomach feels weird a lot. So...is it the fiber or is it the cheese that is binding me up? Not sure but for now...no cheese or WW bars! Geesh!
