Same wt. 3 months. Never cheated! So, I upped my game started fast walking the mile around my subdivision up high hill and down! My thighs are hard as rocks for the first time in my life. Considering that I broke both my femurs clean in half in 2008 and 2010, a side affect from Fossamax! Bone strengthening RX, except for a side effect of breaking femurs just by tripping!

I heard muscles weigh more than fat, is this a possible cause of wt staying the same lately (to the BODY BUILDERS out there?

Turn 70 on August 3 and have been married 50 years as of August 16th. My goal had been to be at my honeymoon weight by 16th. Won’t make it now (20 lbs. to go)! Oh well. At least I lost 35 lbs.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
