2 weken stabiel op 59.7, hier en daar wat meer calorien binnen gekregen maar wel in de keto regime...! 😊😁blij dus 😁😊
131.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
