In the morning i have one glass with apple cider vinegar and another with a turbovite sachet. I also fill my 3 x 750ml water canteens for the day as i leave for work. Before super i have a glass with apple cider vinegar and one with Vitamen C powder. I use 400ml in my midmorning protein shake, and about 250ml in my dinner smoothie. I also have one 300ml cup of coffee

S&P, later on when your body sheds all those unwanted kgs you will need to change up your strategy as you will need to gradually up your calorie intake to be able to sustain normal eating. But you got lots of time before then

Wow. You have my admiration on the water!! I can only manage it in coffee or tea in the winter. :)
