Haven't been home in two weeks so wasn't sure what to expect when I got off the scales. Our fridge in the truck broke do alot of eating out. Did better than expected.
233.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
