You are doing so well! 😊🎈 I’m not sure how old your kids are, but are there active things you can do with them? This would help you with adding more exercise to your day. I know it can be hard to sneak more activity in your day when you’re already so busy, but ultimately, you’re doing it so you can be healthier. And your health and well-being will positively affect your family as well. Glad you’re here, and keep moving forward! 👍🏻

Working overnights with 2 kids and my husband working days is hard in some situations. I only get broken up sleep. But kn my days off we do go out to a park and what not. I'm mainly counting my calories and walking a lot at work. I'm a CNA and its a lot of lifting and waking. Lol. Needless to say lifting dead weight bodies and what not is my gym. Lol.
