With my crappy work schedule, lack of sleep, lack of home time, and feeling generally dragged out ALL THE TIME, getting rid of the necessary weight to make it down to 180 seems almost unattainable. Almost.
I can't even muster up the energy to go out to the garage, wade through all the zillion boxes of hardwood flooring to work out - even for a few minutes. I've not been this un-motivated in years. So here I am logging in to FatSecret just to avoid working out! Ha!
