Outstanding! Finally back on the losing weight bus!
267.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1930 kcal Fat: 77.27g | Prot: 98.27g | Carb: 217.28g.   Breakfast: 45 Calories and Delightful Bread, All Natural Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter. Lunch: Organic White Rice (unprocessed), Kosher Salt, Paprika, Butter, Bisquick, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: chili, Chili Garlic Sauce, Ketchup, Boston Butt, Vinegar, Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, Farfalle Pasta. Snacks/Other: Taffy Cookies, Fuji Apple. more...
