Im at 9 stone 9 and one quarter then got off scales and back on in pounds 135.2? then changed back and was 9.10? what the heck aw well If I know its going down I will stick to the diet if I think Im gaining again I JUAT EAT EVERYTHING!
DETOX TIME
BUT HAVING A CARVERY TODAY no pudding but eating as much veg as I do like to get my money's worth
135.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
