How long have you been stalled? Maybe its the post holiday blues!Have someone review your menus and see if there is something you might be missing. Or maybe go back to Induction for a couple of weeks.

Have you looked at the Fat Fast section of Atkins? Its controversial and a bit tough to do but I found it worked for me in a true stall.
