There we go! Also attempting my first 36 hour fast (water, coffee, tea) today. Learning to be nice to myself is so hard, going back up a few Linda was a good lesson.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
