So! Ramadhan is almost over and I've almost reached my Ramadhan goal of 70 kg. It has been challenging to make it to the gym as much as I intended to. Can't wait to get back to my workouts. Never give up on yourself. EVER!
155.9 lb Lost so far: 97.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
