Switched up my routine yesterday. No breakfast. Extra veggies at lunch. Smaller dinner. No cheese all day. Extra water all day. Poop tea at bed time. Biggest one day success I’ve had. Yay!
210.6 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
