Blood sugar, blood pressure & weight skyrocketed since 19th of March. Got very depressed. Wasn’t feeling well till about a week ago. First week in May travelled to Oklahoma. Numbers high there too. Had 3 urine tests. All 3 were negative. While camping, numbers started dropping. Will be in Virginia for 3 weeks. Going to try very hard to bring numbers down again.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
