Staring a new regime! Same goal different efforts! Pray for me to have the strength and fortitude to continue with this effort! It is necessary for my well being and health! Diabetes Type ll and now stage three of Kidney Decease!
246.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
