Ugh. I need to learn to not give into temptation even on vacation. The hard part is when a group meal is ordered... I don’t want to speak up and say I need to eat something different. Back on the plan today.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
