Plateau one week, loss the next, seem to be the way things go lately.

Just had two hours Deep Sleep, unlike less than one yesterday. Two hours is a very high score for me. All that QiGong must have done something good.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 114.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
