I started trying to work out daily in November 2018. My goal is to be healthy and happy. I downloaded this app so that I can start paying more attention to what I eat. I've got my workout 💪 down but didn't lose weight or slimmed down. I started to look puffy but I think it's because I started to gain muscle and while I'm losing fat I still have some.

The key is to just pay attention to what I eat and I decided to start counting yesterday. I've never counted my calories before nor thought too much about it but I felt like I needed to pay attention to my body more. I've never been good to myself actively before and I decided last year it was important to start paying attention to the physical me.

while my goals are not as big as others here, seeing their journeys are so inspiring. it's not good to compare but it is good to admire someone climbing a mountain and use that to turn and keep climbing your hill.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
