I tried to eat yesterday. I wanted to. I physically couldn't, it was like it was too much effort. Smaller things, like lollies here and there, and liquids, like tea, I can manage. The odd thing is I feel like I'm in free fall, the fridge is full of all this food I've made and want to eat, but I don't seem able, it's like I'm too tired. I want to reverse this but I don't know how. Goal reached. Now stop please.
