This past week I stepped up my exercise with 2 Zumba classes a spin class and some light weight training. I also incorporated the isolean pro shakes 3 times this week. Oddly while I gained a pound I actually fit many pairs of jeans that were way too tight last week. I can't be upset, I must have gotten some lean muscle mass and I look much better!
