Great ending to the week. Still using the old scale until my friend picks it up since it gives me the better weight...sue me! lol. But when she does pick it up I will have plenty of work to do to make sure my new scale matches up with where my old one was. On the other side of things, Medifast now has pancakes and soft serve ice cream. I just had the pancakes this morning with the sugar free syrup, and I must say that it cured my craving for waffles! YES! They actually taste decent. Now don't get me wrong, they are no IHOP NEW YORK CHEESECAKE PANCAKES, but they do the trick. And with the extra vitamins fortified in them and protein, I am actually full! Only thing is that I may add a little cinnamin or equal to the syrup to give her a little sweet kick. Will try the ice cream later today, but the pancakes will go fast in this house! By me alone! lol.
