116.8 after a bad night again but ate eggs, mayo, popcorn, apple & cheese before bed & still 116.8! Trying a new approach for the next week. 1400 calories a day with as many "whole" foods as possible. Adding fruit, low fat meats but including nuts & healthy oils.
