Going to start DDPYoga on my off days of running. Tried it last light and I was sweating like crazy, it felt awesome.
198.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Is DDPYoga yoga in a very hot room, like Bikram yoga? I think yoga is a great idea anyway, especially to help your body recover from all the running. How often do you take days off? I made a resolution to exercise every single day for at least a month to try to make it into a habit, and so far its been 9 days. Its a great way of making sure I actually do it, but it is definitely pushing my under-developed muscles to their limits, so varying it up like you are doing sounds like a great idea! Also well done on running through a hangover the other day, that's very impressive!
