Today is my day one on this app. My Dad has been doing this for 1.5 years and is healthier than ever. Thought I would give it a try! What can I lose?!
217.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
