Hello anyone who happened upon my journal haha.. so I've been dieting for 2 weeks and have lost 2lbs, even without exercise. However, today during my lunch break at work, I decided that setting small goals for me leads to procrastination rather than good congratulatory marks. In January I had started dieting and exercising and lost 20lbs by March. I stopped after going on vacation and have since gained 10 of those 20lbs back. My goal: to be 160lbs on my 25th birthday. that involves losing 42lbs in 33 weeks. check out my blog that I started today as a way to keep me ontrack
