craft show season is really not great for my diet. not enough sleep, bad food and by body rebellion. up a pound this week again but I have a 2 week break till my next show so I will be able to lose it back plus hopefully a couple more
267.8 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
