Fasted, bar a swig or two of fats (cos liver oil, some coconut oil in my coffee) and a mouthful or two again of psyllium husks. I moved some heavy stuff in the spare room too, and importantly didn't get desperately hungry after. I have plenty more psyillium and found some glucomannan and inulin too, all heavy on the fibre. Very heavy. Might get to them later. I also found a big stash of linseeds, golden, I'd forgotten about. Very heavy on the fibre again but I'm not sure what to do with them.
