Walked and occasionally trotted 1.4 miles this morning. Had my yogurt with pistachios for breakfast, and a chicken pot pie with a hun-cal popsicle for lunch. My pants are tight and my stomach feels bloated. My liver is starting to bother me again too. And I'm grouchy and writing in terse sentences. Not feeling as healthy and optimistic as I did last year about this time.
